Privacy Policy
The original version of this Privacy Policy is drafted in Ukrainian. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Ukrainian version and any automated translation, the Ukrainian text shall prevail.
1. BASIC CONCEPTS
This document describes the privacy policy for the website https://uhi.org.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
The Website Administration is the NGO “UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES”, located at 36/5 Tatarska St., Kyiv, office 50.
The User is an individual or legal entity who has placed their personal information through registration, order and/or contact form on the website with the subsequent purpose of transferring data to the Website Administration.
Contact form is a special form where the User places their personal information for the purpose of transferring data to the Website Administration.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Site Administration and determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals and legal entities who use the registration, booking and contact form on the Site.
2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about the User, including his personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users are regulated by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.
2.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document developed by the Site Administration and is available to any Internet User by clicking on the hypertext link "Privacy Policy".
2.5. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
2.6. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Site Administration notifies the User by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Site https://uhi.org.ua/.
2.8. NGO “UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES” does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can go via links available on the site https://uhi.org.ua/.
2.8. By using the Contact Form, the User expresses his/her consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.9. The Site Administration does not verify the reliability of the information received (collected) about the User.
3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The User's personal data, such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, telephone, etc., are transferred by the User to the Site Administration with the User's consent.
3.2. The transfer of personal data by the User to the Site Administration, through registration and the Contact Form, means the User's consent to the transfer of his personal data.
3.3. The Site Administration processes information about the User, including his personal data, such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, telephone, etc., as well as additional information about the User provided to them at their own request: organization, city, position, etc. in order to fulfill obligations to the Site User.
3.4. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the principles:
a) the lawfulness of the purposes and methods of processing personal data and good faith;
b) compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes previously determined and declared when collecting personal data;
c) compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data with the methods of personal data processing and the purposes of personal data processing;
d) inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.
3.5. The Site Administration processes the User's personal data with his consent in order to provide the services offered on the Site.
4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The User's personal data are stored exclusively on electronic media and are used exclusively for the purpose specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.
4.2. Personal data of visitors are used to ensure the exchange of information, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", "On Information", "On Advertising", "On Telecommunications", "On Entrepreneurship", "On Information Protection in Information and Telecommunications Systems", ND TZI 2.5-010-03 "Requirements for the Protection of WEB-page Information from Unauthorized Access".
4.3. Using the Google Analytics system, statistics on visits to the Site are collected, such as pages visited, the number of page views, information that was downloaded, domains of Internet providers and countries of origin of visitors, as well as addresses of websites visited before and after the Site, etc. None of these actions is related to the visitor personally and is measured only in the aggregate.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The User's personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except for cases expressly provided for by this Privacy Policy, specified in the Consent to the mailing list.
5.2. The provision of the User's personal data at the request of state bodies, local self-government bodies is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
6. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION TERMS
6.1. The User's personal data is stored on the electronic media of the Site indefinitely.
6.2. The User's personal data is destroyed at the request of the User himself, based on his request, or on the initiative of the Site Administrator without explanation by deleting the information posted by the User by the Site Administration.
7. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
7.1. Users have the right, upon request, to receive from the Site Administration information regarding the processing of their personal data.
7.2. Users have the right to immediately report any violations of copyright (related) rights and other intellectual property rights that they become aware of regarding the Site materials.
7.3. Users have the right to access their personal data, correct them, delete them or restrict processing. How to make a request specified in clause 9.
8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION
8.1. The Site Administration takes appropriate security measures to collect, store and process the collected data to protect it from unauthorized access, change, disclosure or destruction of personal information (User name, password, transaction information and data stored on the Site). The Site Administration does not sell, exchange or rent personal information of Users.
8.2. The Site Administration may provide general demographic data not related to personal information to our partners and advertisers for purposes. We may engage third-party service providers and share information with them to manage the Site and conduct activities on our behalf - conducting SMS and e-mail newsletters.
9. USER APPEALS
9.1. The User has the right to send the Site Administration their requests, including regarding the use/deletion of his/her personal data, provided for in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy in writing to the address specified in clause 1.
9.2. The request sent by the User must contain the following information:
for an individual:
– number of the main document certifying the identity of the User or his/her representative;
– information on the date of issue of the specified document and the authority that issued it;
– date of registration, booking and/or order placement;
– text of the request in free form;
– signature of the User or his/her representative.
for a legal entity:
– request in free form on company letterhead;
– date of registration, booking and/or order placement;
– the request must be signed by an authorized person with the attachment of documents confirming the person’s authority.
9.3. The Site Administration undertakes to consider and send a response to the request received from the User within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
9.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (request in written / electronic form) refers to restricted access information and is not subject to disclosure without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request cannot be used without the special consent of the User other than to respond to the topic of the received request or in cases expressly provided for by law.
10. RULES FOR USING SITE RESOURCES
10.1. The Site content is intended for personal non-commercial use and cannot be used for corporate or professional purposes, in particular for profit (for example, in professional, advertising, marketing, commercial blogs, etc.).
10.2. By browsing the Site, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, republish, download, publish, broadcast, transmit, provide for commercial use or otherwise use the content of the Site, except for personal, non-commercial purposes. You also agree to respect the copyright (related) and other intellectual property rights to the content of the Site, not to adapt, not to modify and not to create derivative works (works) from any elements of the content of the Site, except for personal, non-commercial purposes (not intended to make a commercial profit). Any other use of the content of the Site, except for personal, non-commercial purposes, is possible only with the prior consent of the NGO “UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES”.
10.3. It is prohibited to use the content of the Site for purposes that may harm the reputation of the NGO “UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES”, distort the content of the content or present it incorrectly, untruthfully, cause any damage, material or moral harm to third parties, or in any way violate the requirements of applicable law.
10.4. The Site Team at any time has full editorial (author's) control over the content of the platform and may modify or delete it at its own discretion. The Site Team reserves the right to restrict access to its content, in accordance with geographical and/or other characteristics.
11. TERMS OF PLACEMENT OF MATERIALS OF THE SITE IN THE FORM OF INSERT IN BLOGS, POSTS AND/OR ON PRIVATE WEB RESOURCES (EMBEDDING OR SHARING)
11.1. Partial use of materials and quoting is permitted provided that there is a direct hyperlink open to search engines to the direct address of the material on the Site. The link/hyperlink must be placed in the subtitle, first or second paragraph of the material. The font size of the link or hyperlink must not be smaller than the font of the text of the material used. Hyperlink is mandatory.
11.2. Do not place the content of the Site on sites containing illegal or offensive materials, including advertising and third-party links to such third-party sites.
11.3. Nothing contained in these Rules may be interpreted as granting, directly or indirectly, any license or right to use a trademark, patent, design rights or copyright (related) rights belonging to the Team of the NGO “UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES” or to third parties.
11.4. The Site Team does not assume responsibility for disruptions in access to the website and possible software errors and technical failures (“bugs”).
11.5. The views, opinions expressed by the authors of courses, webinars may not coincide with the views of the Team of the NGO “UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES” and are not the responsibility of the Site Team. Responsibility for compliance with intellectual property rights within the framework of courses, webinars posted on the site lies with the teachers of these courses, authors and/or editors.
11.5. The Site may contain links to other sites. Such links are provided solely for informational purposes and help us to most fully disclose the information or illustrate the posted material. The fact of providing a link to an external resource does not mean that the NGO “UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES” approves the materials presented there and shares the position of the authors of these materials, nor does it guarantee the reliability of the information posted there, nor is it responsible for the privacy policy or the content of these sites.
12. CHANGES TO THE POLICY
12.1. Changes to the Privacy Policy The NGO “UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES” reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at its own discretion at any time. The Site Administration recommends that site visitors regularly check this page in order to monitor changes. 12.2. By using the Site, the User agrees to assume responsibility for periodically reviewing the Privacy Policy and changes to it.
12.3. User agreement with these terms - by using this Site, the User agrees with this Policy.
