As part of Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026, the UHI delegation visited one of the exhibition’s key highlights: Talent Arena. This premier platform brought together leaders in technological education, HR technologies, and digital learning.
For UHI, the focus on Talent Arena was a strategic priority. We believe that restoring Ukraine’s educational infrastructure must happen in tandem with the implementation of modern talent development methodologies.
Key Priorities at Talent Arena:
EdTech Innovations: Identifying adaptive learning platforms to help Ukrainian students overcome educational gaps caused by the war.
Digital Skills: Aligning with global digital literacy standards to integrate them into our Digital Learning Centers (DLCs).
Expert Network: Building partnerships with international educational foundations and software developers to enhance career guidance for Ukrainian youth.
Maryna Loshadkina, UHI Project Manager:
"Technology is merely a tool. Our goal is to provide Ukrainian children and teachers with development opportunities that meet the demands of the global labor market in 2026. Talent Arena has highlighted the strategic directions for scaling our educational projects."
